Richard was the first to answer my inquiry. Since we live in PA, he needed to go to the property, take pictures and find the details about the property we were wondering about. We agreed to purchase the property contingent on our inspection after the sellers agreed to our offer to buy. Richard worked with us all the way through the process and was very helpful and very responsive. He also sent whatever information we requested on other potential properties they we liked on Zillow. He is very knowledgeable of the area and that helped us with our final decision. After the sale, Richard recommended an excellent contractor (whom we used) to remodel the house and get it ready to rent. In addition, Richard found a long term renter, without wanting to charge us a fee. All in all, a very pleasant experience for my wife and me, especially doing most of it from PA.

I had been waiting on a short sale for two years with a different realtor until I just couldn’t wait any longer to buy a home. Robin came highly recommended to me and I didn’t waste any time to meet him. The very same day we were introduced, Robin sent me MLS listings in order of priority based on what I was looking for.. Mr. Craig Conroy of your firm sold me a house in San Mateo recently. I want you to know that I was extremely pleased with his service. He was very prompt in answering questions via email. So many people take their time in responding, but not Mr. Conroy. I have been in the real estate business and know what a good agent is (plus a bad agent). Mr. Conroy is one of the best. He really went far and above the call of duty on this sale and I appreciate his work so much. I would recommend Mr. Conroy to anyone wishing to sell or list a property.
