Endless Summer Realty was founded July 1, 2007 in efforts to bring people and properties together. Our mission is to serve people’s real estate needs through trust, knowledge, and respect; sharing our expertise and fostering lasting relationships that go beyond real estate transactions to enhance our community. Endless Summer Realty derives its name from the idea that life should be enjoyed constantly, as it is during those months of the year in which most choose to savor the fruits of their hard work.

Brad Layland, Broker of Endless Summer Realty, is a strong advocate of the St. Augustine community. Endless Summer Realty gives back to the community through volunteering and donations but wanted to do more. Brad and his wife, Wendy started St. Augustine Giving Day, a 24-hour online giving event to empower every person to give back to their community by supporting local nonprofits and causes they care about. The one day event helps build awareness and support for nonprofits through a unique partnership. St. Augustine Giving Day 2024 raised $530,846 by 2,434 donors in support of 62 organizations. As we expand to northern St. Johns County, we will continue our commitment to community by striving to enhance awareness, increase giving, and better connect non-profit organizations in our new community.

Since starting in 2019, this event grew from an idea to help local people give wisely, to a movment that has inspired a broad culture of community-wide giving raising over $2 million!
