To qualify: we are looking for 3x the rent as income, good credit and good rental history. Tenant pays for all utilities except internet and grounds care. $85 is the application fee per adult, must submit with a signed rental application, and a copy of ID, plus with recent pay stubs and pet info and pics if applicable. There is a $275 Admin Lease Fee due after tenant approval along with the Security Deposit and 1st month's rent (and non-refundable pet fee, and pet rent if applicable). Pet deposit amounts: $300 (1 pet) and $550 (2 pets), these are non-refundable pet fees. Also pet rent is: $35 a month (for 1 pet) and $60 a month (for 2 pets) Pet Rent. Renters Insurance is required.
