I've lived all over St. Johns County throughout my life. Fruit Cove, Switzerland, various areas of St. Augustine’s stunning countryside, World Golf Village and our beloved Vilano Beach. So, it’s all home to me! My practice area also includes Monroe County, another historic region of our sunshine state. I'm blessed with a beautiful daughter and handsome son who are a decade apart in age. My initial career was 9 vital years in child services, the last few running a 6-county fraud department for Northeast Florida.

Fast forward to real estate, which hooked my professional attention back in 2020 and I only wish it would’ve reeled me in sooner! Before becoming a Realtor® I was a virtual notary signing agent having performed thousands of digital closings for residential and commercial properties across the United States. Frequently meeting diverse customers every day online was a sweet work-from-home gig but my personality needs to be out "chumming" around. I’m anxious to lend a hand whether you’re looking to sell or fishing to buy and provide a seamless, successful experience.

Beyond a completed real estate transaction, I am more than happy to suggest local and reputable family-owned businesses for your future projects. My personal connections include those who can assist with turf, fencing, septic, plumbing, tile, electrical, framing, roofing, deck and dock work. Also, if you have a boat, I know some fellas too.
